BEGINNERS YOGA CLASSES 

These classes are now offered in 6 week blocks to encourage students who are new to yoga to progress through basic asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) practices. The classes also include simple relaxation and an introduction to meditation. Although the classes are run in blocks; students who "drop-in" are always welcome.  

MONDAY 7.30 - 9.00 pm 

There are still places availble on the present course and you are welcome to Drop In.

You can now buy books of tickets in units of 12 tickets.

These can be used at any of our classes and are not time limited. They can be used individually at "Drop - in" classes or for "Block" classes. if you come to all six classes in a block we will give you a ticket for a free Yoga or Pilates class.

Individual Annual Membership comprises 48 tickets which can be used at any class without prior booking plus 1 private class, together with discounts on Workshops and Courses.
